He has Demonstrated track record of efficiency in managing development programs and stakeholders engagement. Has a proficiency in steering projects on women empowerment, Sustainable Agriculture, community development. He is professionally associated with Universities as a Board of Study member and served as member of NAAC Committee. He had an opportunity to work under the guidance of Prof. M S Swaminathan (Father of Green Revolution) as a Senior Scientist and National Coordinator in the area of Eco-technology, community Banking, Agrarian Crises. He served as Maharashtra in-charge under Jamshedji Tata National Virtual Academy for Rural Prosperity.  He is a recipient of several National and International Awards.
