The noble persons behind all these initiatives are Dr. Prabhugouda Lingadalli (Chairman) and Dr. Malini Prabhugouda  who has a passion to help the vulnerable sections of the society in the better way of providing health care services. Both of them have created these wonderful facilities with team of committed professionals. It’s more than two decades; Dr. Prabhugouda and Dr. Malini with their commitment and dedication have reached out more than 200000 people in many ways. For this noble cause, Dr. Prabhugouda has been felicitated by many Institutions and reputed Organizations with series of Awards and Rewards. Few of them are Basavashri Award, Sharan Jeevi Award, Netra Rakshak Award, Sadbhavana Award, Kayak Ratna, Zillah Rajyostava Prashasti and Shree Siddeshwar Ratna. In 2020 Dr. Prabhugouda has been conferred with ‘Karnataka State Rajyostava’ Award by Government of Karnataka for his noble services for the poor.
